Sounds like a load of Dysons, or a lawnmower race. Thus, the recording is likely 1966, and certainly no later than 1967. Regardless, it's wonderful stuff!! Of course it's a flat-crank design, so at lower revs is apt to sound rather like a Cosworth or other similar engine.
